I bought the hard tail kit from voodoo vintage and I have a longer axle because this end makes it 1 inch longer. My question is what can I use for spacer to fill in the distance between the wheel and frame.

I'm using the voodoo vintage hardtail frame and know I need a 1 inch longer axle. I saw the post on here before but can't find it. What or where can I get a longer axle that is 17mm.

Does anyone know of where I can get just parts for the kill switch on my 79 xs400. I don't need the whole bracket and wiring that mikesxs sells, just the circle plastic piece under the switch broke on me.

On the boot carb holders there is a line coming out and 1 side has a cap on it and the other doesn't is there suppose to be a cap or something hooked to it? Also in the 2nd circle is this tube suppose to be connect to anything. My bike has the mono pods and not sure if this use to go to the old...

Took the carbs apart to clean and I noticed that on one side of a float it is pushed in just a little bit. Will this be ok or does it need to be replaced. It is a small indent about the size of a dime.

I just got a bike that my dad has had for about 15-20 years. The Title says its a 1979 xs400. The Vin on the frame has 2LO and the engine has 2A2. New to the forum so wondering what I got going on. I can add pictures if needed but will be tomorrow.

Hello I have a 79 xs400 and I wanted to put a voodoo vintage ridged frame on it. To keep the cost low I wanted to use the factory rims. Will this work with the new rear frame section or will I have to find new rims?
