I am selling my Yamaha 400 Special. Nice bike, 13,000+ low miles, great on gas. Quick little 6 speed. All maintenance done regularly. I have too many bikes, I bought this for my girl to learn to ride, she has moved up to a 650, so this has to go. Chrome and paint are in good shape. Starts right up, no "cold start" issues. Tires have a lot of life left. When I bought it, there was a mirror missing, it has a set of aftermarket mirrors. I also found a "king and queen" seat for it. Comes with stock seat.
These did not come from the factory with an air filter of any kind, I thought that was silly, so I added pod air filters on each side, and re-jetted carbs with larger jets, so you are getting clean air and a few extra horsepower then a stock bike.
I am asking $1000. Clean, green title in my hand. I will listen to offers, worst I can say is no.
