78 xs400 with 81 xs400 carbs

Hey guys new to the site I've just picked up a 78 xs400 bobber projects and was only to find 81 xs400 carbs. Was hoping if anyone had recommendation on what jet sizes to use or any other advice to give out, I'm at sea level if that makes a difference
