You can isolate the problem[maybe]by setting the idle a little high,and removing one plug wire at a time,shorting it out,starting the motor and listening for a difference.If there is a difference,then you'll know which cylinder is the problem.I didn't hear anything,but I have a hearing loss from"boom-boom"all day long for years.These bikes make a lot of noise due to the valves,ohc and it's possible that you need to check the valve clearances.Like I say,I don;t hear so well. lha
