Clutch Perch and lever same on XS650?

My question is whether the clutch perch and lever are the same on a xs650 and xs400. I am wondering because I can get the one for an xs650 brand new on mikes for $9 and ebay they are running $25 for used ones. Also if anyone knows if the clutch safe-t switch is the same also that would be greatly appreciated.

When my clutch perch broke last fall, I swapped it for one of my XS650 spare ones...Your mileage may vary...

A lot of parts are used on many models,as there is very little difference in controls,so the company saves some money by not having to engineer new molds for each model. lha

the clutch perch is available from Yamaha brand new for like $16 it is still used on a TW200 if i am correct. i might have this backwards but the clutch lever and perch are used on the TW200 and the brake lever is still used on a Yamaha 660 atv so they are cheap OEM
