so i'm really cheap so instead of bucking up for a MAC exhaust system, I decided to make my own.

i took a two inch section from the end of the left one and extended it right after the first bend. made a few notches to adjust the bend. then got creative with merging the two. i was on a real time crunch as i was working out of my uncles bodyshop and they were closing up and my bike was my transportation. i would have liked to make the merge much smoother. oh well, i'm happy with it. sounds amazing without any muffler.

thanks! i was trying hard to keep the dirty water off my beige living room carpet as i wrapped it so i could watch TV and take my time. my girlfriend thinks it looks like a mummie and doesn't understand the appeal. i knew my welds would be ugly so its a "band-aid" and i personally like it asthetically.

haha thanks! it's temporary but i truely do like it. its much my style and get alot of attention rom the womens. going to be ordering a sportster tank for the winter.

love the metalflake on that tank

so what if the welds were ugly as long as they dont leak and you were going to wrap it anyway

going to swing my downpipes to 1 side but run dual megaphones bit like this
