front brake cable connections

Hi every body I am a new member,don't know anything about motorcycles, have never owned one before, but I have aquired a 1980 xs400 and in process of restoring. I need some kind of connection for front brake cable to lever that operates drum brake on front

crap, missed that. Isn't the only thing that could be missing be the cable adjuster then?
