This should get you started. I did my rebuild (standard bore rings are really expensive, like 140 a pair) I just downloaded the PDF of the manual on the site, printed it and used that. The if I had a problem I searched the forum, there's almost everything you need. Lemme know if you got any problems. And don't Misalign the tranny gears. Or bolt the cases together w/ no gasket material lol.

Made some progress today got the cases all cleaned up and started to get everything inline to put back together. The only question I might have is should i replace the couplers under and over the the crank

Those are bearings, just so you know. The procedure for how to check them is in the service manual.

Bc, that was very polite of you, since until we've seen them almost everyone thinks of spherical bearings instead of ring bearings like those you taught our friend about.

Bearings are smooth surfaces to reduce friction, Not necessarily spheres!
