How do these cylinders look?

Sorry for the random first post!, I have an xs400 here and am looking at some parts.

I am not very experienced in motorcycle tech, but i am wondering about the condition of this cylinder head. Its from a bike thats got like 1500 miles on it, but sat for a really long time.

Welcome to the forum As long as there are no bad grooves or scratches in them a hone will be fine. Why did you take it apart? Where the pistons stuck.

From looking at the pic I say they look good.If you dont have any ridges at the top of the cyclinder you can probaly just hone them.Is the grove on the upper right side?
