This is my spare engine its 116lbs with no starter or starter clutch, full of oil off a 1980sg and some modded covers But this should give you a good idea.
Not hard at all just unclip the wire harness from it. Then remove the engine bolts and all the cables, exhaust basically anything connected to it then slide it out the right side of the frame
That was my drill everything phase I keep my bikes mostly stock now. Those covers are on a shelf collecting dust and serve as a reminder what I don't want do to a bike.
