Kickstarter Shaft Oil Seal

So I take the cases off and soak them over night in Simple Green, getting ready to strip and polish them. Taking things off, grab the kick start oil seal and it tears apart in my fingers.
I see that Mikesxs sells one for the 650, is this part the same as the one for the 400?

just bought a kick shaft seal.

its a 20x30x7mm oil seal. got mine off ebay for less than 1/2 price from a bearing stockist
