Hey everyone,

New to the forum and to riding, hope you folks can help me out a bit.

Winter is here and so naturally I went out on bought a good pair of riding boots. Previously I had been wearing my street shoes. I noticed it became much more difficult to shift as the boots are stiffer, bulkier and have a larger heel.

I realize that break-in time is needed. I wear a 12 and was wondering if a longer shift lever might solve my problem. Has anyone else done this, or come across this problem???

Thanks,

L

might just need to redjust your riding position slightly till you get used to them. I wear UK 11's and they are fine

welcome to the forum Liam

Slightly off topic but does anyone(besides me) use a suicide shift. That would also fix your shifter length issue
