part bike id model help?

looking at this part bike for sale but i need a little help figuring out what model is this? i need a 1980 or a 1981.

engine number would help, ask the seller for the first 3 letters

If the bike has points, '79 or earlier, Transistorized ignition, '80 or '81.

If those wheels are original, looks like a '79 or earlier as I believe the rear alloy in '80 and after was a drum and 16" rather than a disk and 18" which was on '79 and before.
