Wanted - square tank wanted!

Hi, I'm looking for one of the squared xs400 tanks. I'd like it to be relatively undamaged, but scratches and a few dents are no big deal. I'd like to have the petcock on it, but if the petcock needs an overhaul, that's no big deal to me. Cap is not necessary, but I wouldn't mind if it were on there. I'd like it to not be too rusty inside, but I understand if it needs a reconditioning before being filled up.
Let me know what you've got, and what you want for it. Also, pictures are worth a thousand words!

Square tank?... Sry I'm new to these bikes and mtbsure of the style Ur talking about... my maxim tank is pretty boxy

Yea I can take a few.. The fronts square ish and the sides ain't that round..reaalllyyy long..I'm trying to find a shorter tank

After looking online I'm pretty sure you are looking for the shorter cafe style tank but here is some pics anyway

Or I may b wrong..but that is the "square" maxim tank...with the 4" neck valley for the huge ugly backbone

Well, it's not what I wanted for my project, and the bottom bolt-up setup won't work for me... but that looks really nice and I might be interested in putting it on my own Maxim.
How much would you want for it?

Stock tank. Looks about the same, but it's red.
I want a square tank for a project I'm working on. It's a 95 XV1100, and I want to make it look kind of like this:

That's an XS400 tank on it, with gravity delivered fuel, instead of the goldberg-esque sub-tank and fuel pump that is standard on the XV1100.

Yeah, the Maxim has pretty close clearances with the tank.
Here's my XJ550 Maxim Bobber
The white wheels from the PO need to GO! Made the seat myself, and didn't do much other than pull off the unnecessary bits. Little bit of grinder work on the rear seat bracket.
Rides pretty well, and looks cooler when I'm on it.

See I got the monoshock on my 400... Used square tube for hard tail bolt on..looking to possibly get an rd250-400 tank they have the backbone width I need

if you got the dough, i think you want the tanks off the 76?/77 XS360/XS400s:
There is like 1 or 2 every 2/3/4 weeks...
They are kinda cool for a cafe racer bike:

That first one is more expensive cause its NOS. I think a decent non-NOS one usually goes for 80-200.
