anybody got a secret trick to remove them...I tried pb blaster and heat...now the heads gone on one?
one carb the screw came out fine..the other it rounded before I knew it was rounding...perhaps a small left hand drill bit and an extractor?

The extractor may be able to get it if you go REALLY slowly and soak it in pb blaster for a long while or loosen it with impact/vibration (e.g. an air hammer set low enough not to damage it too much)

drilled it ...tried an easy out...broke the easyout.....sat down and thought about...went at it with a cutoff wheel...got it out, aint pretty ,but its out. Will need a new air screw, but should be ok.

why did you take the air screw out?

they don't need removing, its the fuel through our carbs that are the issue.

I realise its too late for you now, but the air screws are not really meant for removal once in.

actually I believe they are the pilot screws...or whatever you call em....with a 2-1 exhuast and pods I need to be able to adjust...and froze in place isnt adjustable.
