DOHC
My starter button won't get the solenoid to crank the starter, BUT when i hit the start button, the head light cuts out like its supposed to so I don't think theres an electrical issue at the starter button. It all worked perfectly fine a couple days ago, but after taping up some of the wires and shifting them around Its having these symptoms.
I can jump the solenoid with a screw driver and the bike will start but Im certain that my problem is in the red and blue wires that connect to the solenoid. I replaced the solenoid so there shouldn't be any problems with the wires that are soldered to the solenoid
It has to be the 2 red and blue wires coming out of the wire harness (that connect to the red and blue wires coming out of the solenoid) that have gone bad some how?
I cannot figure out how to fix or find a problem thats within the harness.. Any advice??
