Throttle Shaft Washer

I replaced my throttle shaft seals and there is a thin nylon washer on the outside of the right carb but not the left. I feel like there should there be one on both? If so where can I locate one? I've searched all the local hardware stores and online diagram/parts places and its like it doesn't exist lol

I looked around for a while too any found little answers to this. I did find a local hardware store that had ones that where close to the size. I am not sure how well they will work because I don't use 80-82 sohc carbs on any of my bikes but they do cover what needs to be covered.

I haven't found anything as thin as these, not sure if I could fit anything thicker under the c-clip
