Ok so i have a 1982 xs400 Seca not happy with the frame and would like to get a different one. I have a title for this bike if i took the piece of the frame with the vin on it and put it on a different frame is this illegal or just how you do it? Thought i saw it on one of the bike building shows but cant remember which one so just seeking some help thanks.
