Yeah that was a typo lol so the fronts good. Just one size bigger in the rear because it meets the size of the tire I have. The tire itself is 4.60-s16

There are 25.4 mm to the inch. So converting from inches to mm is just multiply the inches by 25.4. As in 4.60 x 25.4 + 116.8 Use a 110 or 120 both will work.
Converting from mm to inches is just the opposite. Divide the mm by 25.4. As in 130 divided by 25.4 is 5.11, rounded of to 5.10.

wait so for the rear i should order the next size up because at max psi its the size of the tire. am i right on that one?

No, don't go up the size. Just get the size you originally were going to get.
