Wanted - Wanted XS400 Motor for 250 frame 78/79 Sydney Oz.

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have to say it's awesome and so much knowledge here

I am doing an 79 XS250 2UE cafe but really want a 400.

Hard to find cheap in Oz, if anyone knows of a donk, or can point me to how to up the 250 to 400 would be awesome.
