What model/engine do I have?

Hey folks!

Bought a 1982 Heritage Special last fall and got er on the road now. Just wanted to do an oil change - but not sure if I have a DOHC or SOHC model.

VIN: 14W-000765
Manufactured 09/81

Included a pic too, can someone please let me know if it's DOHC and what the model number is? Is it XS400SJ?
