where to buy valves canada

hey all so i took on the task today of setting my valves they where chattering like teeth on a cold day so anyhow i got the pretty good gonna take it for a spin and recheck them again, before i checked the valves the bike ran fine no smoke or anything just some chatter in the left side but once i reset the valves i notices a tiny bit of blue smoke nothing major at all but i am wondering if maybe i have them to tight ?? or is it getting to be time to replace the valves? and also where would a guy in canada find valves? local yamaha shop?

I'd say it was valve seals first.

I bought Viton ones from the US and they have been great
