I am convinced the problem is a faulty relay. I had it wired exactly as shown and it didn't light at all. I am likely going to try a new flasher and then if that isn't flashing properly I will add the resistor. Thanks Soul Man.

I have the wires run, switches installed, have to wire in new flasher and the lights and blinkers are done and bars tidied up
