xs400 forks on an xs 360?

Im shopping around for forks for my xs 360 as the inner tubes on mine have become rusted and pitted. I have a couple bike salvage yards in my area and Im wondering if the xs 400 forks will bolt right up to my bike?
If not, does anyone know of another swap i could do fairly easily?

the neck will be the same, so the whole front end should be ok.
