I got questions about technical inspection requirement such as amending the frame, exhaust, and tires. Surely this is here somehow regulated but where to find more info. Thought its good to find out before i finish my bike and it does not pass then technical inspection TÜV because it looks liek mad max bike

But if you have specific questions regarding TÜV, just ask. But each inspection is different. Different inspectors tend to be more or less willing to give you some room for customizing. Most are more willing to approve of something if you ask them before you start to build.
I checked back on my local Harley garage to make sure that everything that I do has a chance to pass.
