Café Racer build - Portugal

Hi,
I am from portugal and recently bought a XS400 SPECIAL from 1981.
I'm trying to build a café Racer...
I will bem needing some info as I continue to build.
Can i count on help?

Do what makes you happy? Not sure what you are looking for here...

If it was me I and I wasnt going stock I would probably go with the smoother profile of the rear seat like this:

that's a tracker not café racer though.

I do prefer flat trackers though. The sport actually getting popular over here due to dirt quake program
