Just thought i would share, started with a very bad shape 81 xs400, did complete tare down, new paint,tires, brakes to much to list. heres a before and after picture. just thought i would share

That looks fantastic! I'm considering doing a complete tear-down on mine (just bought last week) to do the paint and all that. How long did it take you to do yours?

probable grand total of 4-5 months, did take a month off to do are bathroom though and just like any project someday's your more motivated then others.

Looking very clean, the lines actually remind me of a Star Bolt with the white tank and fender. Maybe it's just the angle of the photo. Great job regardless.
