Headlight and Fork Seals Questions

Hi guys.

1) My headlight needs aiming. How would one go about this? Moving it up and down is pointless, it aims off to the right.

2) Fork seals need replacement. One of my dust caps is missing completely. How do you replace them?

There is a small phillips screw on the side of the headlight; turning it in and out aims the beam left/right. The screws/bolts that hold the headlight on are symmetrical (identical pairs, one on each side); the aiming screw will only be on one side. If I remember correctly the aiming screw in on the metal chrome ring.
