Another first timer in need sorry

I am missing lots of screws and bolts from my bike im trying to put my first bike back together and turns out i was slightly scammed and he didn’t sell me all of what i need it.
QUESTION IS do anyone were i could get them in bluk. Like im missing 1 screw to my foot peg, pretty sure the headlight is missing a threaded place for a screw, but I do not know since this is my first time. I could go on about what i think im missing or what i think may be broken but I really need the screws and bolts please

Probably your best bet is ebay. Folks put up listings like this selling lots of bolts and brackets, etc. Play around with the search terms and see what show up. I used xs400 bolts, but xs400 parts lot and the like may get you what you're looking for.

You can also try looking at Facebook Marketplace and find a seller who is parting out xs400.

I source modern fasteners when I need to replace/upgrade- those old bolts and screws are often quite soft and when overtight/seized/loctited the JIS heads are prone to stripping out when a phillips driver is used. They are also not stainless so prone to rusting. All are standard lengths so straightforward to replace. I recently changed all the screws on the left side of the engine case for stainless button-head socket screws.
