I have made a similar post about this topic but the information lead me nowhere. But does ANYBODY know if the bobber/chopper wiring harness for a xs650 from mikesxs.net will work on a 1980 yamaha xs400. If not will ANY 650 complete harness work, if so, what year? i already know all about the wiring your own thread but i really dont have much spare time and kind of need it ASAP. if anybody has any help or answers to these questions please let me know! it would be much appreciated!

I think with both wiring diagrams and new connectors there is no reason you cant make it fit with minimal effort
