I have a pair just like that, I just took them off my bike. They are aluminum, anodized light blue. If you want them, $10 + cost of shipping.

Here's a pic. They are aluminum and weigh almost nothing. 28-1/2 inches tip to tip. The blue is sun faded; some dings and scratches, but none of them show when everything's installed.

Now the bad news: The US Postal Service website is quoting me $32.95 send it to you. (The same package to Buffalo would cost $7.60.)
