here she is with straight bars custom seat and 250 rebel shocks and headers i havent been doing a good job keeping you guys posted as the project comes along next order of business is lowering the seat profile and forward controls any ideas on how to do this..i may just wing it and see what happens i wanna retain as much of a passenger seat as possible but i wanna sit lower so i may drop the backbone where the battery and air filters sit and keep relocate the upper shock mount to get a little lower profile and then follow the lines of the bike with a new custom seat...i wanna sit in the bike not on it lol

I think it looks alright right now.. If you lower the seat rails, you'll lose the lines of the bike and will probably need a new tank to make it look right. Also, you say you want to keep as much of the passenger seat as possible but it looks like it's gone already.
