Thanks. lukily I'm a guitar player too. I've tried low e,b and g stirngs but they are not rigid enough. I think I may have damaged the hole opening with earlier attemps because I feel I'm just digging into the alluminum casting. Using a very small sewing needle now. I bought a #072 drill bit but too small to fit my drill. I'm worried about damaging the hole as I break through into the cylinder bore. I'm going to keep picking away at it but preparing to replace it if I have to. Bike had been sitting for several years before I bought it and when I rebuilt the caliper the fluid was fully crystalized solid but cleaned out quite easily. Surprised the material in this small port is so solid. Thanks again for the input.
