Cheapish battery?

So I was at Walmart today looking at agm batteries. Right next to them were jump boxes, they had a small one that was around 200ca the whole thing was smaller than the stock battery and 40$. I was wondering if I disassembled this and used the cells inside would this make a viable battery? They are obviously closed cell non maintaince batteries and this would seem like a cheap alternative to an expensive agm or some other custom cell jobber.

Anyone tried this? (Also it would provide a built in 110v battery charger)
