buy cheap ebay ones and modify as needed. narrow or stretch.

I bought some trailer fenders from tractor supply then sectioned em and used the rounded sides and welded them together.

is that two trailor fenders split and seam welded up the middle or just one with the one side beat to a curve

I used two of them and spliced them together. I took like 3-4" out of the center.
you could always make them from glass fibre
