Happy holiday for those who celebrate, and for those who don't, oh well.
New here to the Yamaha scene, I've owned Honda's, a Harley, Suzuki and even a Kawa but this is my first Yamaha. I will be picking her up after the holidays and will post pic's then.

Question, does any one know what other swing arms will fit the XS400, example the Honda CB360 will fit the CB450 to give it an extra inch in length without welding.

depends what xs400 you have!
for the sohc;
yamaha radian twin shock will fit (it does the xs650) and I've heard the yzf400 does but you'll either go mono or convert to twin fabricationg brackets. The later sohc customs are longer than the early ones by 1"
