Thanks! Well, I got t-boned by a car last summer so it's been sitting for awhile, over the winter. I decided to turn it into a street tracker so I've been slowly collecting parts (new shocks, 2-1 exhaust, handlebars, seat pan, etc) and have just started to strip her down. Then I realized that the subframe and the swingarm are bent. Subframe I don't think is too much of a problem, but I can't seem to find a swingarm that isn't for drum brakes? So weird, cause I thought most stock XS400's had disc...unless I'm totally off base on that. I'll get on here and post some pics soon!

Mine has drums. I have seen plenty of other ones with full drums. In my searches I have also seen a lot of 650 riders looking for 400 front wheels for the drum conversion (for looks).
