What fender is this?

Is this custom or can you buy this fender?

Here is another photo. Any one know of a similar fender. I'm not above fabricating but would like to find one as close as possible.

Looks to be a custom job. If you go that way I would recommend some type of fork brace. A stock fender also acts as one.

Fork brace won't work with my tire set up might need to down size on the front tire.
