will these levers/controls work ?

Hey mate I mounted mine and hooked up the clutch but didnt hook up the brake. So I cant comment on the brake but Im sure it will work fine(brake lever feels real nice and has that click sound like modern sports bikes). Once I move onto the front end and finish the forks ill hook up the front brake and post here again.

The clutch feels awsome and smooth after I mounted these and works great. The master cyclinder reservoir definatly needs to go lower, or even better try and find a smaller reservoir and mount that as low as possible. Aside from the really high reservoir theyre awsome. Heres some pics...

Reservoir sticks up way too high imo, I'd make smaller bracket for that. Otherwise nice set considering the price.

do what the street fighters do, put clear tube on and put a bung in the end. get rid of the reservoir.

yeah, same situation as greazyfingahs..

ive mounted em up but am not at the stage to put fluid in there yet.
i also cut the res. braket down and modified it to be lower,

ill post pic later cameras dead

I axed the resy all together, way to bulky and simply oversized for the job IMO. A short section of Tygon tubing fixes that problem:wink2:
Can't comment on the stock connectors. My brake switch connections were already modified to accept modern switches, so they were plug and play. I don't remember if I changed the stock ones due to not fitting modern switches or for other reasons:shrug:

Yeah have to aggree with Fubar on these. I also put fluid through these a couple of days ago and they work great. Once you get the fluid through the line they firm up real nice. I would say they probably work just as good as OEM, but I dont know how long they will last of course. Should last a fair while I guess?
