Xs400 J fork oil specifications!

Im hoping someone out there has a manual for an xs400J maxim 1982, I need them fork oil specs to go abouts this job properly, if not would anyone know where I might be able to find this info?? I dont have a factory manual sadly.

Chapter 2 - Periodic Inspections and Adjustments page 47 for detailed instructions on changing the fork oil. Chapter 5 - Chassis page 25 for full instructions on rebuilding the forks, or Chapter 7 - Appendices page 9 if you want the oil specs and how to measure the oil level in the forks.
