I'm looking at this Seca for my first bike and I'm wondering what your guys' thoughts are...

I asked him and he said the miles are correct, on both the bike and the engine.

Any questions I should ask him tomorrow?

Thanks! :D

Non runners are crap shoots, and unless you have the know how to find out exactly what the issue is before buying, then its worthless. Don't believe what sellers say, a non runner is a non runner. Every single add for a bike says 'just needs battery and carb clean', might apply to about 1% of them.

The 400 looks nice and is priced right. Ride it, bring a compression tester, check for noises and leaks. Looks like it might need a new rear tire, hard to tell from the pics.
