I took my bike in to see if they could fix my electrical issue.... turns out the fork seals were bad. So i picked up a set and got them to put em on while they had it apart. Now ive got it back, but after a short ride i have noticed that the right fork is now leaking oil out of the top, where the rubber cover is. I took the rubber piece off and saw a little oil pooling. When I compress the forks i can hear a wheezing sound, like air being forced through a small gap. Im assuming oil is escaping through that same gap. Basically Im wondering what would be causing oil to leak from up there. Also is it likely the shop screwed up or what?
Thanks

my bf cut a small piece of paper thin plastic 1"wide and 3" long and did what this video shows, worked great!!

There is an o-ring around the spring keeper that you need to replace.

You don't need to take the forks off to fix. The manual shows how to remove it. It's simple, just press it down with a large Philips head screw driver to expose the c-clip that holds it in. Then pop out the clip and release the cap.
