Riser less handle bars

Anyone know if the xs400 handlebar mount on the top tree the same Center to center as an xs650? I want to use a set of riserless bars that are made for a xs650. Does anyone have a measurement for the 400? The xs650 is 3.93″ center to center

The xs400 uses the same handle bars as the xs650. I took some pics around that area from a 79 2-f hope it helps. I don't have any apart to get a more accurate reading.

Thanks a lot XSchris! Just bought some xs650 riserless bars. I'll find out for sure later this week
