Where can i get red blinker lenses?

I'm thinking of keeping the stock blinkers but want to change them up a bit by changing them to red lenses.

Did any models come with red blinkers that I can out on my 78 or is there anywhere online I can buy them?

Try a light coat of red spraypaint. May be enough with the light shinning through it?

If you paint a colored lens, the light will be very dim. If that doesn't work maybe something like this will.

The early xs650's used them so I would search ebay for them.

they also make red transparent paint for stained glass projects. i picked some up at a local hobby store, worked great on my old car.

However, IMHO, amber color is safer. Most folks look for amber for turn signals. I don't like the use of red as found on some newer vehicles. Anything confusing to other vehicles may be a safety factor.

Yea, I don't know what the authority would be in your part of the world (DMV?) but you might want to check local laws about vehicle regulations. There might be rules about the colour of your signals.
