I just knocked out flanges for 10 XS400 single carb intake manifolds. Material is ordered to finish the manifolds next week... TIG time!!!

All 6061 T6 aluminum, CNC flanges, TIG welded, with optional vacuum tap and either straight back or out the side carb location.
Manifolds will be finished to order from the runners to carb due to these options.
Here's pics of the flanges being machined (6 pieces on the fixture), and a finished straight back manifold with vacuum tap.

Of note, due to XS400's crank phasing, one cylinder always runs leaner than the other. Keep this in mid when tuning your single carb setup no matter where you got it.
I would run one side too rich and compensate with spark plug heat range. Safer for your motor's lifespan...lol

Sorry it's been a busy summer and I haven't been a good forum junkie...lol

Yes I still have these, Building one today for someone in AUS as a matter of fact. Plenty of tubes in stock and flanges for at least 8 more manifolds.

Here's some pics of completed manifolds and a few installed on their new home.
One of them was for a DOHC400

I'm also thinking about a new design for a little different look and maybe a bit more performance. I'll get pics up as soon as I finalize it and it has some running data.
I'm trying to negate some of the lean condition in cylinder 1, caused by the crankshaft phasing.

Mate can't wait to get it!! would love to see it!

I'm interested aswell? whats your cost?

$85 USD + shipping. I need an address to get quote on shipping.
That is straight back basic.
+$10 for vacuum port (for vac style fuel tank valve)
+$15 for angled to one side (usually opposite kicker)

These place the carb right where the stock battery box goes (straight basic)
The side angled places carb/filter in the space where the left side cover goes.
