I ordered my cafe fairing from Philips Lockhart, it's universal, but just note that the stock bars don't fit with it.

Insurance company only has Maxim, Special, and Seca as far as sub models, but I believe mine is none of the above. Anybody able to tell me if a 3N3 VIN designates any of the above 3?

Was noticing that my kickstarter wasn't engaging, after opening up the clutch cover and removing the assembly looks like the engine case mount is cracked :banghead: Will deal with the cracked mount via weld. Bike starts great with the e-start and I'm not in the mood to replace the engine...

Anyone know if there's an after market solendoid that will do the trick that's a little easier to come by? Is a 3 week wait here in Canada to get the OEM part, and is $134. Thanks

I'm at the final stages of restoring my '79 and am pretty concerned about brightness, but don't want to go the HID conversion route. Good to know this works, I wonder if it's the brightest option without a headache?

Couldn't find it in the manual and before I go down the wrong path, what's the right way to separate the head pipe from the exhaust? I've removed the collar but it still feels solid. Looks to be some form of bushing holding it in place, but I'm probably just "doing it wrong". Advice...
