    Quick question here. On the DOHC's engine...does one coil pulse equal one Rev? Trying to figure this out to programme the Acewell tach...looks acurate (eyeball assesment while idling/running) but I really would like to make sure.

    Auto-cancelling unit....

    Has anyone removed the auto-cancelling unit from a DOHC? Why?....Why Not? What would it entail? One less relay to worry About? For....Against? Let me know, as I am tempted to remove mine, after two days of gremlin chasing...I know it is not this that is the culprit but...it would be one less...

    While I was tearing my SECA appart for my build(all over the place thread) my buddy took interest....and bought a Maxim. It was running on a single cylinder... Checked spark which we had...cleaned the carbs and vrrrouum 2 cylinders! Took the bike for a ride on a week end along with my Maxim...

    Hey guys, this Will probably seem pretty basic, but everything I find ( steering stem bearings, fork seals etc...) is identified as fitting an xs 400 Maxim/seca up to 1982-1983 depending on the product looked at. Being as I have a 1984 Maxim...do those parts fit or where there major changes in...
