May seem like a silly question but does anyone know which nut adjusts the handlebar height? (circled in the photo) When moving the bike, accidentally lowered them and can't find the right screw for loosening them. I checked under the most logical spot and there was nothing there but the end of a screw with no way to adjust it unless I take off a rubber cap somehow on top of the handlebars. There's also a nut with a metal pin through it but it's a bit further down the forks. Would anyone be able to attach a photo too? Might be hard to describe where it is via words
