Hi all finally joined the forum after doing my gf head in reading on here all the time! Got myself an xs250 1981 special for £260 off eBay got her home got her running and got her in pieces! All in a weekend now for the fun stuff, I'm planning a bobber build with a motocross style theme so I've got the aprilia rs125 front forks on it now and have the bearing swapped in the stock wheel and the rs125 caliper and disc/rotor ready to fit but I'm stuck on whats the safest option, space out the rotor so it meets the caliper or make a bracket for the caliper to move it towards the disc?? Any help would be much appreciated

what do you think so far?

Yes it's a 16" and getting the spacers for the wheel cut tomorrow as it's all loosely fitted at the mo, once the wheel is spaced I can try and work out what to about the disc and caliper don't wanna space the caliper really but wanna do it the safest way

I know a lot of guys on the german forum has used that set up maybe look there.
