its a bit against the grain but i have a complete 1976 kz 750 front end i have the bearings trees risers rim brakes the whole shabang but before i do go gung ho has anyone out there ever attempted any type of mod like this. i forgot to mention i even cut the cups off the kz frame with the bearing races inside so if it came down to tig welding those on im ready for that too.:wtf:

I think you might be on your own on that conversion, not any kz to xs conversions I know of.

It's on that I'm working with what I was given even though I would rather put an xs triple front I stay true to my company I formed LOW BUDGET BUILDERS my friends get on me cause I always making parts and making stuff work lmao

Here's a thread from the xs650 forum. Talks about different ways to swap forks, has a listing of tapered bearing sizes for possibly switching triple trees.

You can also contact AllBalls, tell them what you want to do, and they might be able to come up with a bearings and race combo.
Also check out that link in the first post, good info.

That was a shit load of info crammed into a post it was exactly what I needed it looks like it's gonna work in my favor the bearing size shouldn't be an issue I have the bearings and races and they don't press in I will cut them off an while I'm at that just rake it a couple degrees too lmao:D
